ParexLahabra Acquires Teifs
On October 30, 2006, ParexLahabra, Inc. aquired the assets of TEXAS EIFS LC (Teifs). Teifs customers will continue to get the same quality service they have always received from the same people they have done business with for years. Now as ParexLahabra, the company will have increased product offerings, with added improvements to manufacturing, logistics and services and the plant will be able to service ParexLahabra customers in the Texas market.
