Parex USA 357 Corner Mesh

Parex USA Dry-Tex

NEW PRODUCT - A 100% dry acrylic-based textured finish. Mix on-site with water water and pigment. VOC free and freeze thaw stable Dry-Tex is made Dirt Pick-Up Resistance (DPR) meaning the surface of the finish hardens and does not soften again under heat. The non-tacky surface provides high resistance to accumulation of dirt, mold, and pollutants.

Parex USA Elastomeric Coating (formerly Teifs Lastic Coating)

A 100% acrylic Elastomeric nontextured coating. Highly flexible: can bridge existing hairline cracks. Integrally colored with high quality pigments.

Parex USA PrimeShield

Is a 100 percent acrylic-based primer that improves the mechanical bond of the finish to the stucco substrate. PrimeShield reduces the chance of efflorescence which may result from the cement content of various bases. It also enhances the appearance and uniformity of the finish. The product is water-vapor permeable and does not create a vapor retarder.

Parex USA 365 Flashing Membrane

365 Flashing Membrane is a self-sealing rubberized asphalt membrane that functions as a moisture and air barrier. It is 30 mils (0.75 mm) thick and black in color. It can be applied to various substrates such as wood, metal, gypsum sheathing and to house wrap and other weather resistive barriers. The 365 Flashing Membrane is unique: it is faced with a non-woven, integrally bonded fabric that enables adhesion of Teifs adhesives. It functions as a seal and flashing at sills of rough openings, deck framing, etc., interfacing with the building substrate and other weather resistive barriers. Available in 3, 6, and 12 inch widths.

Parex USA Quick Base

A base coat and adhesive for Parex EIFS. Single component 100% acrylic polymer base. Ready to use, applied without the addition of cement. First EIFS base coat & adhesive to be packaged in a box for easier waste management on the jobsite and less impact on landfills.

Parex USA Quik Cure

Is a water-based acrylic curing membrane formulated to provide excellent performance in the water retention section of ASTM C-309. QuickCure provides a curing membrane over cementitious surfaces allowing finishes to be applied quickly, while protecting against delamination and efflorescence. The product provides a sound, sealed substrate for a uniform finish over either stucco or concrete.

Parex USA Sandable Basecoat

A 100% Acrylic sandable basecoat that comes as a white base. It enhances the appearance and uniformity of smooth finishes. It can be easily recoated with Parex USA Allegro II. Ideal over EIFS basecoats, stucco basecoats, stucco finishes, and interior drywall.

Parex USA Silicone Additive

Provides enhanced UV protection for finishes and coatings to prevent damage from the sun and improves water repellency of any Parex USA or finish.

Parex USA Stucco Level Coat

Surface leveler for use in Teifs Krak-Shield assemblies. Bonds to stucco brown coat. Can be applied in a thin layer. Applied without the addition of cement. Mixed on site with water only. Excellent workability

Parex USA Stucco Mesh

4.5 oz fiberglass 38 in. (96.5 cm) mesh. For increased crack reduction and strength. Embed in Stucco Level Coat to smooth and level surface for finish. Use with Krak-Shield and Krak-Master stucco assemblies. Not for use on EIFS.

Parex USA WeatherBlock Spray & Roll-on

A 100% Acrylic co-polymer fast drying vapor retarder, elastomeric waterproof and air barrier coating which can be either rolled, brushed, or spray applied. Is designed for use as vapor retarder behind exterior claddings. Is extremely flexible: can bridge cracks and accommodate small movements up to 1/32 in. (0.8 mm). Bridges 1/4 in. (6 mm) gaps at sheathing board joints with Parex USA 396 Sheathing Tape embedded.

Parex USA WeatherSeal BG

A Single-component, non-fibrated, asphalt modified, neoprene waterproofing membrane which can be either troweled, rolled, brushed, or spray applied. Designed to provide high-performance below grade protection from positive side water pressure. Allows low levels of moisture vapor to escape to prevent blistering and delamination of the applied membrane while prohibiting infiltration of moisture through foundation walls, footings, retaining walls, planter boxes and between slab. Solvent free formulation incorporate anti-microbial additive to prevent mold and mildew growth.

Parex USA WeatherSeal Spray & Roll-On (formerly WeatherSeal Roll-On)

A 100% acrylic elastomeric waterproof membrane and air barrier which can be either rolled, brushed, or spray applied. Extremely flexible: can bridge cracks and accommodate small movements up to 1/32 in. (.8mm). Designed for use as water-resistive barrier behind Teifs EIFS or stucco. Birdges 1/4 in. (6 mm) gaps at sheathing board joints with 396 Sheathing Tape embedded.

100% acrylic based metallic coating. Economically replicate the look of metal panels with the ease of a coating application. Includes dirt pickup resistance (DPR) which ensures the coating does not soften under head and resists accumulation of dirt, mold, and pollutants.

Select Finish: Admix 100

Admix100 is a ready mix, premium quality, acrylic polymer specifically designed for modifying portland cement mortars, plasters, stuccos, and concrete mixes. It is a water-based acrylic polymer and dries to a uniform color with no tendency toward yellowing or discoloration. It improves adhesion, cohesion, compressive, tensile, and flexural strengths of cement-based materials.

Select Finish: Aged Limestone

Aged Limestone is a polymer modified finish designed for interior and exterior applications. It is a blend of select aggregates and other minerals that produce a hard durable finish available in Fine and Coarse. This versatile easy to use product offers an infinite number of patterns and textures ranging from smooth to coarse unfinished stone. You can spray the material or use stencils, brushes or rollers to create the texture you want, giving you endless possibilities to satisfy the most demanding taste.

Select Finish: Antiquing Gel

Antiquing Gel is a water-based, tinted, semitransparent, acrylic emulsion for providing an old world, antique effect. It is both decorative and protective. Antiquing Gel is permeable to water vapor and resistant to blistering.

Select Finish: Cerastone (formerly Teifs Tuffstone)

An attractive multi-color wall finish made of colored aggregates. Made with a clear 100% acrylic vapor-permeable binder. Can be used in interior and exterior application. A base Coat for Parex EIFS. Adhesive to laminate EPS to listed substrates. Used in a 50% acrylic paste to 50% cement ratio. Requires the addition of portland cement

Teifs Lastic

Teifs One Coat Concentrate

A fiber reinforced stucco base concentrate. Factory prepared mixture of portland cement, fibers, and proprietary ingredients. Specified sand is added at the job site. Can be installed up to 1/2 in. (12.7mm) in one application.

Teifs One Coat Sanded

A pre-blended fibered, sanded one coat stucco. Factory-blended mix that requires only the addition of water. Can be installed 3/8-1/2 in. (9.5-12.7mm).

Teifs Paint: P500 Interior/Exterior Stain Blocking Primer

P500 assures uniform appearance of top coats and is fast drying. It also assures adhesion of the topcoat to slick, glossy surfaces such product as glossy paints, varnished or lacqured woodwork.

Teifs Paint: P650 Interior Primer

P650 Interior Primer Sealer is a latex primer and general purpose sealer that prepares interior walls for a smooth and uniform finish coat. For new drywall, this sealer fills and surfaces the drywall and paper joints, evens the porosity and minimizes surface imperfections such as paper fuzz, minor sanding grooves, nicks and pinholes. It is also excellent as a cover coat for dramatic color changes.

Teifs Prime

A 100% acrylic-based primer. Reduces the chance of efflorescence which may result from the cement content of various bases. Enhances the appearance and uniformity of the finish. Water-vapor permeable. Does not create a vapor retarder. Improves finish coverage.

Teifs Scratch & Brown Concentrate

A fiber-reinforced factory blended cement scratch and brown coat for use in stucco conforming to ASTM C 926. Factory prepared blend of portland cement, lime, fibers, and proprietary ingredients. Specified sand conforming to ASTM C 897 is added at job site. Can be installed up to 3/8 in. 9.5 mm) thick in one application.

Teifs Scratch & Brown Sanded

A fiber-reinforced factory blended cement scratch and brown coat for use in stucco conforming to ASTM C 926. Factory prepared blend of portland cement, lime, fibers, sand, and proprietary ingredients. Can be installed up to 3/8 in. 9.5 mm) thick in one application.

Teifs Shield Primer

Is a 100 percent acrylic-based primer that improves the mechanical bond of the finish to the stucco substrate.
